My first boot camp attended to by me for any organization I read that their pass rate for their students (Infosec Institute) were way below what was being advertised by Infosec Institute. I would hope that some of these reviewers took responsibility for their own actions, if they failed the actual exam.
I recently had taken the CompTIA CySA+ boot camp in April of 2023 and thus the actual proctored CompTIA official exam. There were 6 students enrolled in this particular boot camp and out of the 6 of us who attended and took the CySA+ 002, taking our exam, 5 of us passed and the 6th one failed. I believed the 6th person failed because he wanted to waste his or his organizations enrollment fee's. Let me explain.
He was sitting next to me during the whole week and instead of him taking the instruction serious? He was on his smart phone daily, jibber-jabbing on that phone to his girlfriend for most of the day. That was about 90% of the day, that I witnessed first hand! My hats off to our instructor as he was truly an expert within the Cybersecurity field.
Mainly it was a refresher course for me with cybersecurity, but even with that said, I still learned a lot and the class was a real enjoyment for me.
Especially now that I have a new cyber security certification under my belt now! I will not hesitate to take another Infosec Institute boot camp in the future and in fact, I have another one coming up very soon!

while deciding on which route to take in pursuing cyber security training, this information is extremely valuable in the decision making process. I most likely will look to other alternatives than Infosec.
Thanks for your review. Did you find any other institutions which can offer all the promises you were looking for?
